Parkersburg Police -No Duty or Desire to Protect or Serve!
By# 50 PPD Ben Ward did a”no probable cause “search of a man’s private home to search for a security camera inside the man’s home that according to Ward’s report was”appearing to video a child in his bedroom”. Another view of the camera is presented and explained here. This officer demanded Libert to remove the camera or be arrested. According to Libert Ward was screaming at him in his own home. Ward has been in the local paper lately on the front page for 2 savage police beatings that were won by both Ohio and WV lawyers.The complaint against Libert was later deemed to be bogus made by some spiteful neighbors who were angry that Libert was complaining about their loud,aggressive dog. The dog mess was horrible and no clean up- washing right through the fence and into the mans’ lawn. In addition the police log that both Gerald Board and Joe Martin said didn’t exist (as according to them,the incident never happened )is included. Greg Miller of Citizens Investigative Services and a subcontractor for The Police Complaint Center was told by representatives of these 2 police chiefs that “NO SUCH INCIDENT OR RECORDS EXIST”. They are liars and they knew it at the time they said this. There were at least 3 officers and a police sargeant and a dispatcher who knew of this incident and in 2 years of investigation by Greg Miller and Diop Kamau not one person on the PPD knew anything about this illegal search? Note how Cy Hill says “both men were arrested following an altercation”. What he omits to say is that the altercation took place on Libert’s property that he is paying taxes on,after the assailant had been told by the police 3 times to stay away from Libert, his wife,and their property.Acoording to WV Castle Law you are allowed to protect your own property from hillbilly schizos that like to throw shit in your yard.!

When Libert refused Dullass’s “plea bargain”offer and the DA wiselycompletely dismissed all charges, Dullass realized his evil,foolish plan to get 2 arrests for the price of one failed. When the PPD got sued guess what-Dullass’ attorney Cy hill of the Travelers Insurance says Dullass is completely immune.Immune just like an AIDS carrier so he can go out and have all the fun he wants without ever being touched. Police Immunity needs to be used wisely and not to protect village idiots like Dullass

These people were already told to “Cease and Desist” on the youtube “Parkersburg police Cease and Desist video.A competent PPD officer made this demand to these troublemakers a year previously so why are they making up phony charges a year later when even Ward admitted they were false. Isn’t there a crime being committed when people make up phoney police reports?

Nangle’s probable “thoughts-If I tangle with this nut I might not be around to make it to Lt. All I want to do anyway is to run the DARE program and talk to kids.The hell with this violent criminal stuf!! Screw this guy anyway with all the NO TRESPASSING signs,he ain’t doing nothing for me. Even where there is obvious violent criminal behavior on the loose the PPD(as well as a lot of other departments) try to say “This is a civil matter” because they are cowards.Their other excuse is ‘we can’t do anything about this”(And believe me they don’t want to). That’s all alright if they hadn’t taken the police oath to “protect and serve”. Really alot of them just need to quit instead of continuing to soak the taxpayer for a service that the cops can’t and don’t want to provide.

These cops love to destroy the confidentiality of making a police complaint thereby identifying the “petty complainer” to the people deliberarely causing the trouble. (THIS is the main reason why people are afraid to call the Pburg cops and according to PPD Duehley’s statement to the press, humiliation of what is perceived as “petty complainers” is encouraged by Mayor Newell)

The fresh pile of “steamer” thrown by the schizo is about 10 feet from Nangle in this picture -he doesn’t like this :that is being there at all! The steamer in fact appears not to be animal but “all too human” of the kind thrown around in jail and mental institutions.

Nangle and his buddy there’s recommendation to Libert and a direct quote from the 2. “Just clean it up,it’s just dog poop! Wondered why holliday was asking about the “little kids in their underwear”-I guess all of Pburg knows why from the recent front page articles about the former Pburg Detective in the Parkersburg News lately. Heard Holliday’s name mentioned down at the City building. The lawyers were just howling with laughter!

This is an important video-there is a record of someone deliberately making up a false complaint,trying to have someone falsely arrested for no other reason than spite;proved false to the point of even the police 2 years later saying it was false. There is a video on this channel showing that the camera was inside the man’s house and even the complainers admitting the camera wasn’t pointed at their house or anywhere near. In addition an investigation by Diop Kamau of PCC confirming all of this!
